After Sales & Support

We offer full factory support to all our customers and carry spares on hand to ensure minimum downtime. A two year warranty is given on all new Assassin Moths which warrants that the boat and its associated parts will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty is given on the condition of 'reasonable use' and does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, neglect, vandalism, accident, improper setup, modification, non approved repair, transportation or storage damage. The warranty may be transferred to a third party upon sale of the boat only if it is registered with Assassin Boats.

Guides:

Assassin Boats has several guides available to help with maintaining and Sailing your Assassin Moth. These include first time assembly, tuning, racing and transportation/maintenance guides. They will be included with your new Assassin and will also soon be available online.

 

We want you to get full enjoyment out of your Assassin Moth. Should there be any concerns or you need a little help please do not hesitate to contact us. The Assassin Moth (like any hydrofoiling moth)  can be challenging for first timers. We do have professional coaches available, otherwise we  can point you in the right direction with online help. Coaching: We have a full coaching service available, and video analysing to help you get the most out of your Assassin.
